Very friendly and welcoming people at a campus placement drive, started with a group discussion round, a CV-based interview, a technical round, and an HR interview round. Finally landed with conversations with the chief of staff and funder management teams to solidify the role.

Asked me case-based questions about conceptualising, planning, budgeting, and implementing a women's empowerement livelihood program in rural Maharashtra. This was an interesting all round question beyong simple fundraising.
