Interview process includes Technical round Face to face round with HR and the HOD They offer the salary after few days and call for joining process. They also have pre employement mendical checkup and documentation

I have applied through Job Portal.Process took 2+ weeks.I got interview call from HR Executive.Interview consist of Written Exam & face to face Interview. Written exam consist of all conceptual questions of Purchase & Materials Management so be prepare well.Interview was slightly casual.Interviewers consist of one person from HR & other from Purchase department.They asked some basic questions of purchase & while HR has asked personnel & professional information.Interview was casual because they are not speaking much about job rather than they are speaking more about how to behave in office,leaves & rules etc. We have been called for interview in afternoon.Test was taken immediately but after test we have been kept waiting for 2 hours for interview. The disappointing part of this process that if you got selected for job then they are going to take your first salary as security deposit & it will be return you back after one year.
