I had 5 interviews over the course of a few weeks - they wanted to accelerate the process for me, which was one of several signs I got that they were very positive about my candidacy. Interviews with the more junior members of the team were great and I was quite optimistic. Interviews with two senior members were terrible - one woman in particular changed the format of the interview minutes before it started, was rude, dismissive, and acted like she couldn't be bothered speaking with me. I would say...worst interview I've ever been subjected to. Then radio silence. Then a one sentence email rejection.
