Straightforward interview process with interesting people! This process was pretty involved, but it was front-loaded so I knew after interview 3 if this was likely to be a fit before completing several rounds of cross-functional and behavioral interviews. It took about 4 weeks from phone screen to offer.

Interviewing with Grammarly was a wonderful experience. It was a long process, but it allowed me to learn from multiple stakeholders in the business. The recruiting team was incredibly diligent in checking up on me every step of the way, and I honestly could not have asked for a better team to work with during this process! My recruiter, Sylvia, was an absolute rockstar.
