They sent home task just after first HR interview, without talking with team manager.
They even didnt send me a negative feedback email after my hometask.
To be honest, it was great home task, I think they found my salary expectation higher. However, they should have sent at least a constructive feedback.

They are over focused about "salary expectation"
If you tell even a normal budget, they are so panicked about it.
They don't even ask business based questions.
