Sun Source Energy interview questions

It was a very casual interview, They asked a lot of situational questions and probed deeply into my experience and background. I interviewed with the the two owners and they were very nice and welcoming. I received an offer within a couple of days and responded with a salary negotiation and never heard back. I thought this was very unprofessional and offensive. I think maybe there were a bit unorganized.
