Very easy, Sometimes there will be only face to face interview and sometimes they will take a coding test. If they take a coding test, based on the mark they will shortlist candidates and after that they are called in for second phase of interview where technical questions are asked

Nice, Friendly. 3 Step interview. Written, technical, and HR. Very friendly environment. But, you have to technical details pretty well. And be confident and you will do just fine. The main key is to be an all rounder.
