First example, if you are with a group of students for a walking tour in London and its start raining what are u doing.generally the recruiters were very kind and smily, so no anxious is needed ! Finally, after solving some cases they started asking practical things like availability, centre that you would like to work in .

Very casual skype interview , they give you an opportunity to sell yourself, and also why you want to work for them. It was very conversational which was comforting. They told me i was hired while on the telephone call. And scheduled my start date which was very convenient
