It was two rounds. First one was about portfolio and past work experience, The second one was a skills test on Rhino and AutoCAD with written instructions. Thest test was around an hour and after hours.

Had four rounds of interviews with the director, manager and team leader. I had been asked about my experience of managing projects at my current job. How to adapt to this position quickly.
1 hour interview with seniors in the office. Talking about my CV and portfolio. Software proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) Asking behavior, communication, teamwork and project management questions focusing on the past experience.
