Interview
A thorough interview process, with 4 main stages (screening, presentation, situational questions and culture fit).
The process was quite slow (over a month) and the interviewees were not HR professionals. Having a HR professional would have improved the quality of the interview.
Good feedback was received following the interview which is appreciated.
Different interview stages including hard skills test, meeting with the hiring manager, case study and final interview. The whole process is very smooth and friendly and the candidate is also asked for feedback.
