Structural Components Field Engineer interview questions

Informal interview after which I was offered the Field Engineer position. I was told I would receive the official offer letter the next day. After 2 days I reached out about the offer and was told they were still working on it. This continued for 3 weeks until I finally received the offer letter 1 day before I was suppose to start training. To top things off the offer was 10k less than what was offered in person. Beware of this shady company, if they are willing to bait and switch during the interview process I imagine they are not great to work for.
