Informal multiple interviews. Lack of structure and methodology apparent with every meeting. First screening with external consultant helpful, following interviews apparent that none had read my resume nor had any idea how to conduct an interview professionally.
It was a very pleasing experience. It was also quick and got a response in the week after. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
