Really straight forward interview process, with the company obviously valuing culture fit as much as they value ability as I heard they had done some quiet checking with my network prior to offering me a role.
Chat with the recruiter, chat with the hiring manager, a standard panel presentation and assignment, followed by a culture fit meeting. Was all taken care of in a month. Communication was good and questions answered in good time. The hiring manager specifically was really communicative and enthusiastic.
Thank you for sharing this! We're glad the process felt clear and well-communicated. We do value both capability and culture fit equally, and it's great to hear that came through.
The interview process was very friendly and stressless. They ghosted me after two rounds, though. Even a simple AI generated email from HR would have been better that an auto-rejection

Normal questions for a PMM: past experience, sales enablement, working cross-functionally with other teams.
Thank you for the kind words about the interview experience itself. We're sorry we fell short on closing the loop — candidates who invest time in our process deserve a timely, personal response regardless of the outcome. This is feedback we're taking back to the team.
We wish you well in your search.
I applied online. I interviewed at Storyblok in Apr 2026
Interview
This is a feedback to the screening with HR and here is why. It was a regular screening interview for the position of a senior developer to build AI features. The interviewer asked to describe how I use AI. I answered that I don’t vibe code and use it where it makes sense. The interviewer came up with a stunning conclusion: “do I understand correctly you not are using AI in the way it makes you productive and effective?”. I was speechless for few seconds. I didn’t expect to meet such unprofessional behavior from a person in such a big company. After this the interview was ended quickly. The HR continued their unacceptable behavior by sending me a detailed feedback via email where they described the evaluation of my technical skills and rejecting my candidacy because they think I am not experienced enough for this role. The non technical person assumes technical skills. Nonsense.
