So, I'm not sure why you would expect it to give the reader a sense of "what it is like to work for" the company. And if you disallow reviews based on an interviewee's "specific personal situation, " then what is the review to be based on? 1.Phone screening 2.Interview with leader 3.Interview with multiple leaders. 4. "Wait until Friday or Monday for a decision." 5. "Wait until next Wednesday-Friday for a decision" 6. "Wait until early next week for a decision" 7. Never hear back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. 8. Assume I didn't get the job.
