Interview
The interview was with the Human Resource Manager and the Site Owner. They asked many questions and had a nice demeanor throughout the interview. They did not offer me the position, but they did get back to me later that week to confirm their decision to hire another candidate.

They asked about my comfort level with client retention strategies and about my counseling perspective. They asked about prospective hours and clients of interest. They asked about my prior experiences and why I had wanted to be in counseling.
