I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at StockX (Berlin) in Jun 2022
Interview
The first interview after applying was with a recruitment manger, who would be open to emails and questions throughout the process.
She introduced the company and broke down compensation. During the initial interview, I was asked to introduce myself, and touch on my background as well as intention of joining StockX. I was able to ask questions. (30 minutes)
The second interview, was with a team lead of the site I was going to work at. She touched on work flows as well as the working environment. I was asked to introduce myself again and touch on personal values. I was able to ask questions. (30 minutes)
The 3rd interview was with the site manager on location. I was asked to introduce myself and touch on my background. I was toured the site. (30 minutes)
The final interview was with another team lead. I was asked to touch on my background and my intention to working at StockX. I was asked questions on Sneaker trends and fashion. While I could provide proof of culture, ;) I was told it isn't necessary but a good to have. I was able to ask questions. (30 minutes)

Interview
One of the worst ‘interview’ experiences I’ve ever had. Started with getting an email about how I secured an interview, then I was given the option to book when this would take place. Did that and waited for the day of the interview, I did so much prep for this as it’s a job I really wanted, watched endless videos, and to sneaker shops for advice even bought rep sneakers to get a basic knowledge of authenticating trainers. The day hour of the interview came and I joined the call but didn’t get invited, wait over an hour and I then sent an email. Has to wait the next day for someone to email me back and said there must have been technical issues so they asked me to reschedule, which I did straight away.
I thought I’d book the next available day they had so I rescheduled my shift at work and a few hours later they cancelled my interview via an automated email, so I couldn’t even reply to it had to email someone to see if my interview was no longer happening and it wasn’t unfortunately.
Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company in their hiring process, they made no effort to contact me, was a mess which is frustrating because this is the company I’ve wanted to work for since I got interest for sneakers.
Submitted the resume and then had a casual interview with HR over the phone after a few days.
It was about 30 min long, the interviewer was very friendly and nice.
