Easy, casual, and simple. Pretty straightforward, asked if you have any experience working with children or people with special needs. I asked about ABA therapy's controversial reputation and they gave a sufficient response, and alleviated concerns of any malpractice from their company.
It was a quick meeting with director. They asked for more details about my experience and interests and then they talked about what the job would entail, and what to expect at the job day to day.
