Steppenwolf Theatre Development Associate interview questions

After three interviews, I was told the company had restructured and was offered to apply for this position, which was significantly lower down the chain. When I arrived, to my fourth interview, the person doing the interviewing (new to me) said he hadn't read my resume but was going to give me ten minutes to talk about anything I wanted. That was the sum total of the interview.
