Steppenwolf Theatre interview questions

After three interviews, I was told the company had restructured and was offered to apply for this position, which was significantly lower down the chain. When I arrived, to my fourth interview, the person doing the interviewing (new to me) said he hadn't read my resume but was going to give me ten minutes to talk about anything I wanted. That was the sum total of the interview.

Introductory phone interview with supervisor and then a Skype interview with 3 team members. Overall it was a pretty basic interview - you need to be prepared but no questions were too surprising to me.
