The interview process is divided in 4 phases. From the recruiter to the head, enjoying different conversation with the team. During the interviews, you have the chance to also meet the team members and share the experience with them.

The questions are not whiteboard Q&A. They want to see how you reason and how you solve things. The way not the result
There was 3 stages of interviews. Post screening there wasn't live coding or take home exercise. Instead we went through questions and problems around blockchain technology and knowledge. Overall it was a great experience.

It would be much appreciated if they give feedback to the applicants so they know what to improve in the future.
