Interview
The entire process is supposed to include 3 rounds - first screening, a session with the direct supervisor and finally, a case study/role play. I was invited to proceed into the third round but had to respectfully decline to move forward due to a change in my personal circumstances. My recruiter, IIayda, was extremely considerate and took every initiative she could to ensure I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The direct leader was also very nice and transparent about his expectations and made sure I was signing up for something that is in line with mine.
