Very easy process; phone interview with recruiter; great back and forth.
Then I asked a few questions... salary, "oh, it's commission based." benefits, "oh, there are very few, no medical." Neither as portrayed in online ad.

I had a 3-5 minute phone interview with a recruiter after submitting an application. The job posting was misleading, as it did not state you would have to be or become licensed, nor did it mention that sales was a primary job function.
