The interview went fine. Right questions were asked, previous experience and actions in situations. The process was a bit long and replies was quite delayed after interviews. It din't seem that there was much urgency or importance to fill the role. Interviewers were great and nice. Overall a positively average experience for an interview. However, I was disappointed that they verbally told me that I had already secured the job but then, I had another call with another leader and suddenly I was not the right fit. I understand their reasoning but it would be better not to promise anything verbally or give false hopes.
