The interview process took almost two months and had its peaks and valleys. Communication timeline was sometimes difficult and a response was not always given. Kari, however, was a delight to work with and was very nice. A small company but communication and follow up was okay.

Question 1
What is one vertical you would expand StanzaCal into?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stanza (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Contact took weeks. Once established, I came in for multiple onsite interviews that took up quite a few of my days. This played out over two months. The job title changed multiple times during this process. Once I finally met with the CEO, all communication was lost on their side. I could understand something like this if you did a small interview, but after spending a lot of my time working on this, I found it inconsiderate to not get a response back. After emailing 4 times over two weeks, I finally got a response back saying the position had changed (again) and she didn’t have an answer for me. The lady I was in contact with was lovely and the team seemed great, however I wish leadership wouldn’t waste candidate’s time and at least have the decency to let them know they will not be considered for the position. I’ve experienced many onsite interviews and never had an unprofessional experience like this.
