I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University
Interview
First the manager sent an email asking for phone interview. In phone interview, the HR first told me about the job description and then I was asked mainly behavioral questions and about my experience. If you have any doubts ask in the end of the interview. Asked me questions like why Stanford, are you ready to learn new techniques, do you have any computer skills, etc. The interview was easy and overall experience was good. if selected will send an email for in person interview.
First round of interview is with either hiring manager or recruiter and then no response from them. I had applied for bunch of CRC roles in last two years but no luck

Interview
Initial screening with the supervisor (about 30 minutes) and then a "meet the team" interview format (about 2.5 hours). Responsive with scheduling. Nice team, provided insight about the study, responsibilities, and professional development opportunities.

Interview
I had a great interview with Dr. Day, who described his research in detail and allowed me to ask technical questions. In all, it was a laid back yet formal interview, where I had the chance to discuss my strengths and show my enthusiasm for his research.
