Interview
Office is quaint, antique building in a nice area. Meet with the founder/boss and she asks you a lot of horse related questions, asks your background, mentions 100 times that they are non-profit so they cannot pay a lot, benefits (fails to mention that they do not start until 6 months after employment). Have a second interview with boss, business manager and horse trainer. Show your riding/training skills.
