Telephone interview, continued with a group discussion and Founder interview. Group discussion was given with a general topic. Most probably they test our communication skills. Telephone interview was only self intro and are you willing to relocate. Founder interview was much more general where he checks our confidence and our willingness to take a work and effort to do so.
