Squarespace Software Engineer Android interview questions

I applied online and received a call from the recruiter. The conversation started with basic questions about my background and the role. The recruiter seemed friendly until I mentioned that I needed sponsorship. She then explained the hiring process and informed me that there would be a take-home test. I completed the test over the weekend, which consisted of typical LeetCode problems with use cases. I got all the answers right and passed all the test cases. Despite this, I was informed that my qualifications did not match the role. I'm unsure what else they were expecting. Additionally, the communication from the recruiter was lacking. Overall, I felt that they were not prepared to offer sponsorship for this position.
