Spruce Software Engineer interview questions

Overall process was very disorganized. I was contacted by at least 3 recruiters during the interview process which created a lot of confusion. The final round of the interview was a paired coding exercise with 2 engineers. The engineers did not seem to have coordinated or prepared much beforehand. They gave conflicting answers that lead me to code something more complicated, only to have to redo it once they decided on a simpler version. This wasted a lot of time and I was not able to go back to improve my solution.
