The interview process usually entails meeting with the internal recruiter for your department. There are 3-4 recruiters for the major areas of Sprout. They will explain the role to you, introduce you to a few of your potential coworkers, take you on a tour of the office (the best part!). Then they get down to finding out about your experience and evaluating whether or not you'd be a good fit.
