I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprinklr (Bengaluru) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process at Sprinklr was multi-staged, thorough, and included four rounds — covering technical, scenario-based, and behavioral aspects. I progressed through all stages successfully and received an email from the lead recruiter stating:
“Congratulations on completing the interview process with Sprinklr and clearing every milestone with success. The hiring team is super impressed with your profiles and skill set and finds you to be a perfect match for our role requirements… We are hopeful to witness you join our Sprinklr family.”
I was asked to submit documents for compensation discussion (appraisal letters, payslips, notice period, etc.), which I did promptly.
However, after no response for two days (despite follow-ups), I finally received a generic rejection email stating the company had decided to proceed with another candidate — with no context, feedback, or explanation.
This was quite disappointing after being informed I had cleared all rounds successfully and after submitting personal compensation-related documents.
While the interviewers were professional, the post-interview experience lacked transparency and sensitivity. It left me questioning the internal decision-making process.
