Interview
They have a long interview process.
1. HR screening - Took about 20-25 mins, with the recruiter asking JD related and resume related questions.
2. Round 1 - This was with a Director (not hiring manager) - duration 45 mins. They initially scheduled for 30 mins, which was quite surprising, considering I was applying for a senior position. This was a Tech 1 round
3. Round 2 - This was with a Senior Director ( hiring manager) - Duration 1 hour. Tech 2
4. Round 3 - This was with Hiring manager's manager - Senior VP
5. Round 4 - HR Leader to see Cultural fit
Overall experience was not great, considering the below-
1. Interviews were scheduled unprofessionally, with last min changes and extensive use of whatsapp chat.
2. Interviewers were always late except Tech 1 round.
3. Recruiter did not respond to email or call to provide any feedback. Basically Ghosted
4.They initially rejected my profile after Tech 2 round and then came back for Round 3 and 4 sighting technical glitch in the application
Communication and co-ordination is poor . They need to up there talent management game. They also kept emphasizing on CTO wants people to come to office three times in a week and on designated days.
