I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Springboard (Portland, OR) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a great process. I really appreciated that the person who was my direct manager was my first contact, and that they made it challenging. It was a total of 5 interviews (3 of those were in one day). First was a zoom meeting, 2nd was a practical assessment (much easier than I thought it would be), then 3 interviews with direct/potential teammates back to back. The last one was a tad stressful. I advise if you really want this job to take off some time from work and be at your best. I'm pretty sure if I had done that rather than working my current fast paced job from 6-3pm then hopping into a series of technical and cultural interviews, I may have received an offer.
They were very communicative, even down to telling me when they went with another candidate. Although I suspect the Email template that was used saying they'd love to consider me for future positions, and going with another candidate was possibly inaccurate. Otherwise the job post wouldn't still be up and others in these reviews wouldn't be saying "I genuinely do think they'll consider me for other positions!" Since that was the exact language in the email. Might want to switch that one up, because now you just have someone who's hungry to work for the company and will be bugging you all the time!
