Three rounds of interview, first portfolio review, then app critique, finally meet the team. The process was long and the recruiter wasn't responsive. There was clearly bias in the final interview, as I was interviewed first but by the time they finished with the last applicant, I was forgotten. The hiring manager did not take notes and just went off of gut feeling. Very unprofessional.

First round portfolio overview, second round take home design challenge (had a week to complete), final round behavioral with hiring manager/really senior designer whole process took about 3 weeks, turn around was super quick after the final interview
