I applied online and got on a quick phone chat with the recruiter. He told me all about the team and the interview process. I was told that there would be two technical phone screens and then an on-site if they decided to move forward. My first phone screen included a coding problem. There were questions around my resume, pretty standard stuff. The question itself was easy. So easy that it was difficult to understand what the interviewer wanted to get out of me. The second phone screen was also pretty easy. Standard algorithmic question. Questions around my resume etc. Couple of days later I was told that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. Which is unfortunate since the interviews had gone pretty well. Overall, I loved talking to everyone there. The end result wasn't what I wanted, but it was a great experience.
