She told me since I was remote, I would have 2 programming phone interviews before being invited to the New York office for the final interview. So, I had my first programming interview with a developer on Google Hangouts and it involved coding using Google Docs. I was a bit unprepared and messed up the question he asked. It involved implementing functions for a memory cache given its interface. I didn't make it further. Also, it helps if you are well versed with Java and Python, their programming stack. Though, I was not asked any specific questions related to them.
