The online application required us to submit a short video about ourselves, why we were interested in the role, etc. The assessment centre involved an activity where we picked out an outfit from clothing and accessories around the store, and then a short group interview.

Very simple and straightforward with friendly, positive and relaxed vibes which makes it stress-free and comfortable. Questions were easy and answerable, and the interview outcome was provided within the same day.

What do you expect from your manager if you were to be hired?
Large group interview of approximately 20-30. We were split into 3 groups and given tasks to do and questions to answer. The first task was do plan an outfit for a specific occasion/event, that your team would have to explain to everyone else. Was difficult as we were not individually given time to talk and would have to essentially cut in to be able to add something into the conversation.
