3 zoom interviews with 3 different department heads of google and zoom. Open and honest and creatively laid out. I enjoyed the process. I would say that they took the time to get to know me and asked great questions.

I had an introductory interview with CEO. It seems he was really just looking for someone with a rolodex and wasn't interested in discussion about how to build a structured GTM organization. Also, this was an individual contributor role, not a leadership position.
