I had 5 stages not including the agency screening - the first three people I spoke with was an exact replica of my conversation with the agency - same questions and same answers, by the third person I thought it funny that no one had just decided to ask these questions via an email and share it with everyone. Everyone I spoke to was super nice, then the forth stage was with the team who was great, little reparative again as I don't think previous Q&A was shared. So far the one major question was my seniority and this role maybe not being at my level. Which made little sense as it was a contract role to support on a recruitment for a project, and I had established I knew this wasn't a role for my level but also not a long term role so my expertise would be useful. Final interview again repeat Q&A of stage 1-3.
Out come after I made myself available at short notice was that I was too senior for the role!
Total waste of my time and every strange considering the role was for the recruitment team that they would have a better process in place or very least come across like they know what they was doing .
