I was approached by their HR and invited to the interview with the CTO. Arrived on time onsite. Initially had talk with HR then with the CTO followed by an assessment. The assessment was of 8 to 16 hours of work and they asked me to do it in an hour. It looks like CTO had no idea about how much time can it take when something needs to be implemented
