Interview
Standard questions about yourself and technical chemistry questions and synthesis. Not easy but doable if you know your name reactions. All in all very friendly impression.
2nd round onsite with a CV chat and synthesis of one large druglike molecule. Also some more mechanisms and name reactions.
3 rounds of interview :
1. general knowledge of organic chemistry
2. white board presentation of phd work in front of team leaders
3. 1 on 1 with management team
overall pretty standard interview with some expected questions and some less expected. good to study

First online interview, short and focused on retrosynthesis questions. Seconds interview is presentation plus Technical interview, also online. 3rd interview is presentation to senior executive. The whole process was virtual, did not include visit on site
