They show me two webpage designs and compare the two based on UI / UX
Clear interview process. But about 6 interviews with 2 cognitive assessments. Can be quite time intensive if you have a full-time job. The questions are also quite abstract so not much you can do to prepare. Just know that they are testing the way you think, not your actual work experience.
