Negative experience, no time was taken to interview myself as a candidate. We skipped the questioning portion of the interview and went straight to the lifting portion. An offer was made right after a successful lift. It seems like they are willing to take anyone.

Walk in, talk to the manager, explain why you're there. Go to his office, small talk, then interview talk. lift test and then decision is made by the manager. They hire on the spot.

Interview
Walked in to the interview, interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Had to do a simple lifting test to show I was able to meet the job requirements. Overall the interview was incredibly easy and I received an offer by email the same day.
