Spark Networks Senior Backend Software Engineer interview questions

I have applied for this position through LinkedIn. I received an email from HR to block some time to have an initial conversation. Later in the week, I had Phone Interview with HR and no response for more than a month. Aftwards, I received an email that they would like to have a technical interview and again there was a 2 weeks delay to schedule an interview. Technical Interview was completed based on previous projects and experiences. There were some basic questions about Microservices and Kafka. I answered everything well and there is no doubt about it. After a week, I received a common rejection email which was like rejecting the job application in the initial stage. Conclusion1)  Very lengthy process and it was not really worth taking 2)  They should improve the way of communication with applicants
