South Tyneside Council interview questions

Total waste of time. The interview was interesting but halfway through the interview it became obvious they had already promised the role to someone internally and the interviewers' embarrassment was even more obvious towards the end. I was asked to prepare a presentation before the interview and received excellent feedback, answered questions in more detail than they expected, but next day they explained that I didn't have experience in this particular council's housing policy. If that was the only requirement, they should have not shortlisted me anyway. Very disappointing experience.
