I applied online. I interviewed at Sourced Adventures
Interview
Just had one interview, interviewer was nice and it was a “get to know you” type of meeting. However, after I wrote a thank you letter and followed up about a week after that to see if they had any feedback and they ignored both emails. It’s no big deal if you decide to move forward with other candidates but pretty unprofessional to ghost me.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sourced Adventures (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
Two interview rounds, short 15-20 min interview, then 90 min group interview.
Each interview round consist of scenarios.
First round - basic tell me about your self? what would make you a good group leader? and then two scenarios.
In the group interview, first part - present a prepared bus speech (this is listed in the email prior to the interview). However, the interviewers break down several speeches that would be given throughout the day and then choose a part for each interview.
1) Pre-speech (first bus pick up),
2) Opening speech (once all the customers are together),
3) Speech before visiting the second site visit
4) Closing speech.
Next part of the interview includes several scenarios presented (best to go first because everyone has to answer).
Finally, you have to teach the group something.
FYI, it pays $125/day, the first interviewer will mention it
You arrive to meet up with the bus driver, and the driver is being hostile towards, he is not listening to anything you're saying, how would you handle?
