The process was short and consisted on 3 phases: a 10 minutes phone interview, a technical interview and a cultural fit interview.
The 10 minutes phone interview is more like an informational interview where they ask you what is your salary expectation, what is your background and why do you want to work with them. For the second phase they send you a coding test with two questions: one related to programming logic and the other one related to React. After taking this test you will have the technical interview where you need to explain what you did. And the last part of the process is related with the company values, they ask you questions to see if your values are align to the company values.
