Right from the start I found a level of arrogance and lack of respect before the interview started and this continued thought the interview. The manager was preoccupied with looking out of the office to monitor her team instead of focusing on the interview.
Seemed to be someone capable but under too much pressure to cope with their own pressure.
The questions were direct and slightly biased.
Such as a question in regards to a previous employer stating that people who worked there didn’t have to work for their targets. I was awe struck and even if this is true to some respect it paints all with the same brush and immediately puts one on the defensive ..so to which I explained that in my case was not true as I managed a very price sensitive region.
