It was nice, HR told me about the company, benefits, compensations. Asked about my experience, salary expectations, stack, previous works, education and whom i see myself in 5 years. Well, i dont know what i can add more

Interview
There was a technical and behavioral portion. In addition they took the candidates out to dinner, to get a feel for the employees and culture which was a nice gesture. However they never got back to me about whether I was accepted or rejected, which was a stark contrast to how they portrayed themselves. There was also a mixup in the position I wanted to interview for, and if another interviewee hadn't dropped, they would not have been able to fit me in for my desired position. Overall it was a below average experience for the industry, which could have been improved with better communication. I would not recommend my friends to apply.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Something Digital
Interview
Phone and in person. Then met with entire team. Called for third round of interview for team fit. There were 4 team members who asked behavioral and technical questions. Some panel member spoke more than the rest but overall all 4 of them asked at least 2 to 3 questions each.
