I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Solid State Operations (Boise, ID)
Interview
Unprofessional.
It's not a great plan to change the point of contact at the moment of contact.
Interviewed with 3 friendly individuals and shared my relatable experience, goals and passions. This seemed to go well enough as no technical or behavior questions were asked.
Considering the absolutely lack of technical skill exhibited by the team member hired after me, I realized this is par for the course. It is an interview to see if you are 'cool' enough or acceptable as a fall guy for future layoffs when things get tight.

Question 1
Nothing?
The interview process did virtually nothing to determine my qualifications for the position.
It was much more about being a cool guy then being able to complete any kind of task, troubleshooting.
